15. Recipient Availability
If the intended recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, Tuliba Clusiana or its delivery partner may, where appropriate:
Deliver the Product to another responsible adult present at the address.
Leave the Product with a receptionist, concierge, or security personnel.
Contact the recipient to arrange delivery.
Attempt redelivery where reasonably possible.
Return the Product to our facilities.
Additional delivery charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
Fresh flower Products may deteriorate if delivery is significantly delayed due to recipient unavailability.
17. Severability

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including, where applicable:
Law No. 181 of 2018 on Consumer Protection.
Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Law No. 175 of 2018 on Combating Information Technology Crimes.
Any other applicable laws and regulations.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

2. Definitions

Customer means any person who accesses the Website or purchases products from Tuliba Clusiana.
Products means all flowers, floral arrangements, preserved flowers, gifts, accessories, packaging, and any other items offered for sale.

Business Day means any day other than Friday, Saturday, or official public holidays in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Personalized Products means products specifically customized according to the Customer’s instructions.
Force Majeure means events beyond the reasonable control of Tuliba Clusiana, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, transportation disruptions, power outages, internet failures, or supplier shortages.
4. Product Availability
All Products are offered subject to availability.
Because many of our Products include fresh flowers and seasonal materials, availability may vary due to:
Seasonal supply.
Weather conditions.
Import restrictions.
Supplier availability.
Market conditions.
Tuliba Clusiana reserves the right to discontinue any Product without prior notice.
6.Product Information
Tuliba Clusiana makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, photographs, colors, dimensions, and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.
However, due to the nature of fresh flowers, handmade arrangements, lighting conditions, photography, monitor settings, and seasonal availability, minor differences may occur between the images displayed on the Website and the delivered Product.
Such differences do not constitute defects and shall not be considered grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
8. Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts, pricing, descriptions, or promotional information may occasionally contain typographical, technical, or administrative errors.
If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Tuliba Clusiana reserves the right to:

Cancel the affected Order.
Refund any payment received in full.

10. Fresh Flowers & Handmade Products
Many Tuliba Clusiana Products are handcrafted by professional florists using natural flowers and botanical materials.
Accordingly:
Flower size may naturally vary.
Flower color may slightly differ.
Bloom stage may differ.
Arrangement shape may vary slightly.
Handmade wrapping may contain minor variations.
These natural differences do not constitute defects and are part of the unique nature of handcrafted floral products.
Where a specific flower, foliage, vase, ribbon, or decorative element becomes unavailable, Tuliba Clusiana reserves the right to substitute it with an item of similar style, quality, and value while preserving the overall design and aesthetic of the arrangement as closely as reasonably possible.
12. Gift Orders
Tuliba Clusiana offers Products intended for gifting.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that:
Recipient details are accurate.
Delivery address is complete.
Recipient telephone number is correct.
Personalized gift messages comply with applicable laws and do not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
Tuliba Clusiana reserves the right to decline any personalized message that may violate applicable laws or our internal standards.
14. Corporate Orders
Corporate, hospitality, wedding, event, and bulk Orders may be subject to separate agreements, quotations, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and delivery arrangements.
Where such separate agreements exist, those agreements shall prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
16. Delivery
Tuliba Clusiana delivers Products only to locations where delivery services are available.
Estimated delivery times are provided solely for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by:

Government restrictions.

Force Majeure events.
High seasonal demand.
Tuliba Clusiana shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Orders within the estimated timeframe but shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
18.Customer Delivery

Correct telephone number.
Any necessary building access information.
Delivery instructions where applicable.
Tuliba Clusiana shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the Customer.
Where redelivery becomes necessary due to incorrect information supplied by the Customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
21.Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect delivered Products immediately upon receipt.
Any issue regarding:

Missing items.
Delivery errors.
should be reported to Tuliba Clusiana as soon as reasonably possible, together with supporting photographs where applicable.
Failure to report issues within a reasonable period may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.

Customers shall continue to benefit from all mandatory rights and protections granted under applicable consumer protection legislation, including Law No. 181 of 2018 on Consumer Protection, as well as any other mandatory provisions of Egyptian law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a mandatory legal right granted to a consumer under applicable law, the applicable legal provision shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
Tuliba Clusiana is committed to conducting its business fairly, transparently, and in accordance with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
